Job Title: Staff Director

Western & Southern Life is seeking a highly skilled Staff Director to join our team. As a Staff Director, you will be responsible for leading a team of Financial Representatives and driving business results through effective guidance and direction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Financial Representatives to ensure they meet their sales and production goals.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sales growth and customer acquisition.
  • Manage and develop Financial Representatives through on-boarding, training, and coaching.
  • Act as an advisor to the staff, delivering strategy and direction to the Agency.
  • Partner with management team to administer recruitment and selection process.
  • Work with Financial Representatives to schedule appointments and build relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Promote local incentive programs and sales campaigns to motivate and deliver production results.
  • Model and ensure ethical behavior and maintain organizational and professional standards.
Qualifications:
  • Possess the necessary experience and track record as a sales and marketing professional within the financial services industry.
  • Experience will have encompassed some combination of selling, coaching, quantifying or providing creative solutions to sales, prospecting and recruiting scenarios.
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
  • Working knowledge of internet and email.
Certifications & Licenses:
  • Obtain and hold State Life and Health license prior to hire.
  • Obtain and hold the FINRA SIE, Series 6, and Series 63 or equivalent prior to hire.
Position Demands:
  • Access to an automobile and ability to maintain a valid driver's license.
