Key Responsibilities:

  • Assembly and Teardown: Engage in the teardown, preparation, and assembly of components, focusing on quality and precision.
  • Parts Management: Clean and identify parts, ensuring they are transported to the appropriate work area.
  • Tool Utilization: Acquire and utilize necessary tools and equipment for assembly tasks.
  • Assembly Planning: Strategically plan the assembly and wiring sequence for various systems.
  • Maintenance: Perform lubrication, fluid changes, and machinery fueling as required.
  • Fabrication: Layout, cut, and fit parts for welding, as well as spray painting components when necessary.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools and electric or pneumatic equipment.
  • Physical capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical wiring and safe operation of machinery.

Working Conditions: The role is situated in a manufacturing environment, subject to moderate noise and exposure to oil and grease. Candidates must be prepared to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
