LPN Opportunity at McLean & Potomac Dermatology and Skincare Center

We are seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at McLean & Potomac Dermatology and Skincare Center. As an LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering excellent care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform patient interviews to collect health history and maintain patient health records
  • Assist with medical procedures and examinations, including skin biopsies, excisions, laser treatments, etc.
  • Medical scribing for our healthcare providers during medical examinations and procedures
  • Perform clinical tasks, such as performing blood draws, injections, wound checks, dressing changes, suture removals, etc.
  • Provide care education to patients in person or over the phone
  • Perform non-invasive skin tightening treatments, laser treatments, and CoolSculpting treatments
  • Perform IV therapy treatments
  • Adhere to compliance guidelines throughout processes (OSHA, FDA, HIPAA)
  • Assure quality care by adhering to standards set by the physicians
  • Manage and train clinical staff
Requirements:
  • Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure
  • 1-3 years of work as an LPN in the hospital setting or outpatient setting
