We are seeking skilled and passionate Licensed Estheticians to join our team at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional skincare services to our clients, providing personalized treatment plans, and promoting our brand through excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-level skincare services to members and guests
  • Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest skincare techniques and products
  • Achieve sales goals and promote our membership model
  • Create a positive and welcoming experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude
  • Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships
Requirements:
  • Strong retail and in-room upgrade record
  • Must carry liability insurance
  • Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
