Esthetician Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Esthetician to join our team at FACE FOUNDRI. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skincare treatments to our clients.

• Perform 40-50 minute facials, brows, lashes, and waxing services with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain State Board compliance and keep accurate records of services performed.
• Provide excellent customer service and achieve all service and product goals.
• Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRI products to clients.
• Perform services such as dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, brow lamination, and lash lifts.
• Give service recommendations and rebook clients as needed.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygienic procedures to ensure Board compliance.
• Work collaboratively with the Salon Manager to ensure a smooth and efficient work environment.
• Assist with in-store operational processes and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Esthetics License
• Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacial, chemical peels, eyebrow waxing, and tinting
• Developed communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
