About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Planet Fitness team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our members, prospective members, and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service at the front desk, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process membership sign-ups, updates, and cancellations efficiently and accurately.
  • Take prospective members on tours of the facility, showcasing our state-of-the-art equipment and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a positive member experience.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals.
