Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at Sysco. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for delivering products to our customers in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate a tractor-trailer to transport products to and from customers.
  • Load and unload products from the trailer, using a hand cart or other equipment as needed.
  • Verify delivery of products with customers and obtain signatures as required.
  • Communicate with customers and management to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
Requirements
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a Class B endorsement.
  • One year of experience as a truck driver, preferably in a delivery or logistics role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent stops and starts. You will be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and may be exposed to extreme temperatures.
