Job Title: Assistant Manager

At Chico's FAS, Inc., we're committed to creating a unique and personalized shopping experience for our customers. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key role in driving sales and operations excellence in our stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Culture: Analyze sales reports and KPIs to determine business needs, execute in-store business and sales strategies, and establish clear expectations for store teams.
  • Customer Experience: Model and promote the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles, offer a cohesive omni-channel experience, and ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
  • Talent Development: Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing a high-performing team, assess and coach store team performance, and drive associate and team engagement.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of retail management experience
  • Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills
  • Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company
  • Proven excellent customer service skills with statistical track record in sales and leadership
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift)
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift)
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift)
