We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Spa Concierge to join our team at Montage International. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience for our visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression of our spa.
- Schedule appointments and manage guest reservations with precision and attention to detail.
- Offer personalized recommendations and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa public areas, including reception, locker rooms, and fitness areas.
- Assist with cash handling and ensure accurate transactions.
- Support fellow associates with daily operations to promote healthy teamwork and contribute to the success of the spa.
- Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly and speak, read, write, and understand English.
- Possess basic math skills and have the ability to accurately handle billing.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Prior front desk, spa, or health club experience.
- Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
The position requires walking and providing detailed tours of the spa shared public areas. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, and push clean and soiled laundry bins to fulfill cleaning tasks and physical demands of the job.
