As a Senior Manager in SAP Data Conversion, you will drive digital acceleration, preparing our clients for the autonomous business by unlocking the value of digital with industry-specific outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include implementing developed data conversion approaches, conducting data migration workshops with key business teams or customers, and capturing, documenting, and connecting with our development team to provide technical requirements for custom programs required for S/4HANA for Utilities and SAP Service Cloud (v1 or v2) implementation.

You will also be responsible for data reconciliation of migrated data through tools and methodologies, documenting and maintaining migration requirements, including technical mapping of source and target fields, and loading SAP CR&B data using data migration tools, such as EMIGALL.

Additionally, you will assist in empowering and educating extraction and transformation client team members to develop technically well-designed extract and transformation programs, mentor additional data migration team members on the migration tool, and assist with onsite and offshore data migration EMIGALL load team members.

Key qualifications for this role include 12+ years of SAP experience, with a solid background in SAP Data Conversion and Migration.
