Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Technician to join our team at MetroStar. As a Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring that their technology needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Document and track all client interactions using our ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to provide expert-level support.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Active Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
