Overview:

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow with our company, developing the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in a sales and operations management role.

Our Management Training program is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations. You will work closely with our experienced team members to develop your skills and knowledge, and will have the opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility as you progress through the program.

As a Management Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers and partners, and driving sales growth. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects and initiatives, developing your problem-solving and analytical skills.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about sales and operations management, and who are eager to learn and grow with our company. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers and partners
  • Drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets
  • Work on various projects and initiatives, developing problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in sales and customer service
  • Ability to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work an average of 46 hours per week
