We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at IPS-Integrated Project Services, LLC. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing electrical systems for our clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop electrical systems, including building service, power distribution, generators, lighting, fire alarm, security, and other low-voltage systems.
  • Collaborate with project managers to determine the scope of work, budget, and staffing for electrical design projects.
  • Oversee the entire design process, including feasibility and conceptual design, final commissioning, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain quality electrical designs that meet company production and design standards.
  • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited four-year college or university.
  • Experience with the design of building electrical systems, including building service, power distribution, generators, lighting, fire alarm, security, and other low-voltage systems.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided drafting (AutoCAD/Revit) and engineering design programs.
  • Preferred qualifications include Professional Engineer (PE) in good standing, experience with medium-voltage systems, electrical hazardous classified areas, and telecommunications systems, and a strong understanding of the National Electric Code (NEC), NFPA 70E, NFPA 72, IBC, and other related building codes and standards.
