Job Title: Electrical Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Service Representative to join our team. As an Electrical Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Salary: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Job Description:

  • Receive and respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assign and direct electricians to customer locations, monitoring their schedules and status to ensure timely completion of work
  • Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional services and earn business
  • Complete work orders, return customer calls, and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Perform other duties as needed, including cross-training in related positions

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of administrative experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently as part of a team
