RN General Float Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our General Float Pool team at SCL Health. As a General Float Pool RN, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of medical-surgical, orthopedic, telemetry, intermediate care, inpatient hospice, and adult psychiatric units.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patients' medical status upon admission and develop individualized treatment plans
- Recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs
- Foster continuity and quality of care with the best interest and well-being of patients and their families in mind
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
- ASN/ADN from an accredited program with the ability to obtain BSN from an accredited program within four years of hire
- Current Colorado RN license or compact license with the ability to obtain Colorado RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association or the ability to obtain within sixty days of hire
- Minimum of one year of nursing experience in an acute care inpatient setting
