Job SummaryWe are seeking skilled RNs to provide high-quality patient care in the home setting. Your primary responsibility will be to implement the physician's prescribed plan of care, conducting thorough assessments and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
You will administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by the physician, while maintaining accurate and timely documentation of patient care in our electronic system of record.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- An active, unencumbered RN license in the state where you will practice
- Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience (preferable but not required)
- Reliable transportation

We estimate the salary range for this position to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
