We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care in Woodbridge, New Jersey.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and be able to deliver exceptional care to patients in their homes. As a RN with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work independently, making decisions that impact patient outcomes and providing personalized care that improves quality of life.
This role requires a deep understanding of home health care principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Perform client assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide skilled nursing interventions to patients in their homes.
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that prioritizes comfort, dignity, and independence.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between settings.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities and outcomes.
- A current NJ nursing license in good standing.
- One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required.
