Chocolate Ambassador

Läderach USA is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Premium Sales Associate to join our team. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, showcasing our premium Swiss chocolate products, and driving sales growth.

• Customer Service: Provide thorough and accurate information about our products, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for customers.
• Sales and Register Duties: Execute product sales, manage register duties, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Visual Merchandising: Support store managers with visual merchandising setup and other store-related projects.
• Loss Prevention: Help achieve in-store compliance and loss prevention standards.

• Experience: Previous experience in premium retail or a similar fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
• Availability: Reliable and flexible, with the ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Attention to Detail: Quality-minded with a keen eye for detail.

• Competitive Salary: $17-$18 hourly (DOE)
