  • Service Execution: Assist in executing a la carte and banquet service, ensuring seamless and exceptional guest experiences.

  • Teamwork: Actively participate as a team player, contributing to the success of our property-wide organization.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail.
  • Certificate in Suffolk County Food Protection or willingness to obtain.
  • Lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
  • Flexible schedule, ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work long hours standing, shifts lasting up to 10 to 12 hours.
