Job Overview

Position Type: Full-time

Role Summary:

The Radiation Therapy Specialist is accountable for the precise application and electronic documentation of ionizing radiation to patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.

Incentives:

  • SIGN-ON BONUS:
    • Days: $12,000 distributed over a 2-year period, with $6,000 available on the first payroll.
    • Nights: $15,000 distributed over a 2-year period, with $7,500 available on the first payroll.

RELOCATION BONUS (for candidates relocating over 200 miles):

  • $5,000 available on the first payroll.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:
    • Completion of Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training.
  • Experience:
    • A minimum of 1 year in a relevant field.
  • Licenses and Certifications:
    • ARRT Registered
    • Texas Medical Board - MRT
    • CPR-BLS Certification
    • Radiologic Technologist - Texas
  • Essential Skills and Knowledge:
    • Proficient in operating linear accelerators, CT machines, and personal computers.

Compensation:

Hourly rate up to $36.25.
