Position Overview

• Preferred certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR or SHRM)

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist

Bachelor's degree or HR certification, business-related field, or equivalent experience.

Ability to adapt to shifting priorities, excel in a dynamic environment, and manage confidential information effectively.

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills

Experience focusing on employee relations, coaching, and training initiatives.

Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Professionalism and integrity in all actions.

Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
