As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dining room and gift shop, ensuring exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Lead a Team: Manage a team of wait staff, bus people, hosts, and gift shop personnel to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
  • Train and Onboard New Staff: Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure new employees are equipped to provide exceptional service and meet our high standards.
  • Schedule Management: Create and maintain a well-organized schedule for all dining room and gift shop employees, ensuring adequate coverage during operating hours.
  • Customer Service: Monitor and ensure exceptional customer service standards are met by all staff members, implementing effective strategies for restaurant operations, including food safety regulations and customer service protocols.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management for the gift shop, including restocking and ordering merchandise as needed.
  • Communication: Collaborate with the kitchen staff and kitchen manager to ensure smooth and timely food service, and handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a restaurant or retail setting.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Restaurant Operations: Knowledge of restaurant and retail operations, including food safety regulations and customer service protocols.
