About the Role:
As the Director of Operations, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our youth through their healing journey in a natural setting. You will be a vital part of our team, providing leadership and ensuring that our programs run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure the nutritional and supply needs of both students and staff are met.
2. Uphold medical and safety protocols at all times.
3. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
4. Keep the team informed about student needs and potential concerns.
5. Participate in tours and community events.
6. Maintain compliance with systems, fleet, and accreditations.
7. Oversee the logistics systems for operational efficiency.
Qualifications for Success:
- Aged 25 years or older.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of experience working with at-risk youth or in an outdoor/adventure setting.
- Minimum of 2 years in a management role, including employee supervision and budget oversight.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification within the first 90 days of employment.
- Ability to lift and carry over 50 pounds for extended periods.
- Successful completion of a Background Criminal Investigation.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Capability to self-transport as needed.
- Must pass a post-employment offer physical.
