NiteLines USA, Inc is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to provide essential support in the field of child welfare.

This role involves working within the Child Protective Services (CPS) and Foster Care (FC) teams. The Case Manager will be responsible for a diverse caseload focused on the welfare of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct timely, in-person assessments of reported child maltreatment cases, ensuring safety concerns are promptly addressed.
  • Develop and implement safety plans to mitigate identified risks.
  • Engage in thorough search efforts to locate families when initial contact is unsuccessful.
  • Utilize Solution Based Casework (SBC) methodologies.
  • Collaborate with families to create and execute Family Functioning Agreements and Action Plans aimed at achieving positive outcomes.
  • Prepare genograms to map out family support networks.
  • Work alongside community partners to establish robust support systems for children and families.
  • Ensure regular and quality interactions with children and families to uphold safety and well-being.
  • Identify and address the physical, educational, and mental health needs of children and their caregivers.
  • Set and pursue permanency goals for children in care.
  • Ensure stability in foster care placements, aligning with the best interests of the children.
  • Actively work towards achieving timely permanency for children, in compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Facilitate sibling placements in foster care unless separation is necessary for individual needs.
  • Maintain children's connections to their communities, schools, and extended families.
  • Support positive relationships between children and their biological parents through facilitated interactions.
  • Document all case management activities in accordance with established policies.
  • Celebrate and acknowledge positive outcomes with families.
  • Utilize a personal vehicle for work-related travel, including transportation of children.
  • Participate in after-hours on-call duties as required.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and learning opportunities.

Position Flexibility: This role offers a hybrid work model, allowing for documentation to be completed remotely while requiring flexibility for travel within the designated area.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • HIPAA certification is mandatory; training can be provided if necessary.

Preferred Locations: Candidates residing in Cobb, Bartow, Cherokee, Forsyth, Paulding, or Pickens counties are encouraged to apply.

Compensation: $32.00 per hour, with mileage reimbursement at $0.625 per mile.
