Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to clients, addressing a wide range of mental health concerns
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that align with client goals and needs
  • Participate in regular case consultations and peer support groups to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
  • Engage in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services that meet the evolving needs of our clients and community

Requirements

  • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) or LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in Washington State
  • A minimum of 25 session hours per week commitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families an asset
