What You'll Do
We're looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our AI products. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for building and refining our AI workbench to make agent development at Sierra the best in the world. You'll collaborate with others to discover effective solutions to improve the agent development life cycle, iterate and refine our products, and drive outcomes that impact our customers.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need a passion for AI product development, motivation to drive outcomes, and alignment to our company values. You'll have 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems, and experience with full-stack solutions. A degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is required. Experience with AI-powered products, React, Typescript, and Go is a plus.
