Special Needs Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities at ExpertCare.

Job Summary:

This is a part-time position that offers competitive pay, paid weekly, and the opportunity for growth and advancement in the caregiving field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
  • Support clients with goals for independent living as noted in their Individual Plan of Service (IPOS).
  • Monitor emotional and behavioral health, offering companionship and emotional support.
  • Assist in promoting social interaction and participation in daily activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times.
  • Maintain accurate records of progress for clients.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, families, and team members.
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
  • Must have access to a smartphone to use app for clocking in and out.
  • Background check required.
