Job Summary:
ROUNDHOUSE COMMUNITIES LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of our properties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance and repair work, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer service. You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work, pool, and spa maintenance. You will also conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and health codes.

We offer a competitive salary of $25-$27 per hour, plus bonuses. Additional benefits include 9 paid holidays, paid time off, 50% employee housing discount, and a $40 cellphone stipend. Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance are also provided, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match and mental wellness program. This is a full-time position that requires strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, CPO, and carpentry systems, as well as basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry work, pool, and spa.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers and ensure timely completion of all work orders.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and health codes.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including materials used and hours worked.
  • Assist with vendor management and coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as necessary.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation as scheduled and snow removal when required.
