Job Description:
We are seeking an Equipment Specialist to join our team at Rich's, a leading food company dedicated to inspiring possibilities. As an Equipment Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing TPM strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness, performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities, and monitoring key performance indicators such as Mean Time Between Repairs (MTBR), Preventive Maintenance (PM) Compliance, and Inventory Accuracy. They will also ensure proper usage of work orders and assign them as needed, and continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures in line with TPM principles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Implement TPM strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency and effectiveness
* Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities
* Monitor key performance indicators such as MTBR, PM Compliance, and Inventory Accuracy
* Ensure proper usage of work orders and assign them as needed
* Continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures in line with TPM principles

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent preferred
* Ability to communicate well with all levels of management and employees
* Ability to prioritize projects and daily assignments, follow and report results of PM schedules and repair schedules as assigned
* Possesses or willing to obtain a boiler operator's license
* Experience working in manufacturing or food processing environments is a plus

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to sit, stand, walk, and climb ladders
* Ability to bend and twist in order to perform necessary repairs
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, unassisted

Estimated Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year
