Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Dairy Operations Planner to join our team at fairlife, LLC in Goodyear, AZ. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of daily run plans on our 24/7/365 production lines.

Job Description

As a Dairy Operations Planner, you will work closely with our Supply Chain and Operations teams to ensure proper flow of milk into and through our Processing facility. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinating raw milk receiving and developing processing plans in conjunction with our Bottling Lines production schedule.
  • Maintaining a balanced inventory of raw milk and components to support daily production needs.
  • Optimizing equipment capabilities, available tank space, existing milk inventories, and production line performance.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in operations or production planning.
  • A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in fluid milk or value-added processing.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to establish priorities.
  • Excellent internal and external customer focus with great follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
