About the Insurance Sales Representative Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Sales Representative to expand our business by identifying new opportunities and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be computer savvy, and have a strong understanding of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to market insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Prepare reports for management to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Resolve customer inquiries and disputes in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or BA/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong understanding of insurance products and services
