$65-$72/hour.

Benefits include 75% paid Regence medical policy, 401K with 3% match, paid sick leave, 5 paid holidays, and paid vacation with seniority (up to 3 weeks).

This practice offers a relaxed, upbeat atmosphere where the doctor and staff are excellent, and the patients genuinely enjoy visiting. They provide a supportive and collaborative environment ensuring that the hygienists have the tools and assistance they need as well as excellent benefits, great flexibility, and a strong team-oriented culture. They are looking for someone who will fit seamlessly into their office dynamic. This practice takes pride in themselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for the patients where they feel valued and well cared for. The current software includes Eaglesoft and Schick 33 sensors with both standard X-ray tubes and nomad equivalent for diagnostic imaging.

The staff is made up of 1 dentist, 2 hygienists, 1.5 dental assistants and 1.5 front office. The longest tenured employee is 11 years. This position is available due to the full time RDH being on maternity leave and will return on a part time basis.
