**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Frontier Senior Living's Crescent Landing at Fullerton Memory Care community in Fullerton, California.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional housekeeping services to our residents, ensuring their living spaces are clean, comfortable, and safe.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

Cleanliness and Maintenance:
  • Clean and prepare vacant apartments for occupancy.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of all residences and common areas, adhering to high standards of quality and hygiene.
  • Perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and delivery of linens.
Safety and Security:
  • Identify and report any maintenance needs or safety concerns to the management team.
  • Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures related to chemical usage.
Professionalism and Communication:
  • Demonstrate a professional demeanor and attitude, consistently presenting a positive image of Frontier Senior Living.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management, addressing concerns and complaints in a respectful and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Able to safely lift 50 pounds independently and more with assistance.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, moving of equipment, climbing, bending, and stooping.
  • Routinely perform duties in a safe and conscientious manner.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $42,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
