As a Production Assembler, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by:

  • Supporting sewing personnel by gathering cut materials, accessories, and assisting with fabric handling during the assembly process.
  • Preparing finished products for inspection and shipping by folding and organizing them appropriately.
  • Utilizing welding sealing equipment to construct berms and ready them for quality checks and dispatch.
  • Handling industrial cutting tools effectively.
  • Performing maintenance on sewing machines, including oiling and threading as necessary.

This position offers a pathway to gain insights into the production process, with opportunities for training to advance to an industrial sewing role.

This is a full-time hourly position that comes with a comprehensive benefits package, which includes affordable health, dental, and vision insurance, a company-matching IRA, employer-paid life insurance, paid vacation, and 9 paid holidays.

Potential for Overtime, Bonuses, and Career Advancement. This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week.


Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work the designated shift, which operates Monday - Thursday from 6:00 am - 4:30 pm, with potential overtime as needed.
  • Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, and use hands and arms to assist in the manufacturing process for a 10-hour shift.
  • Capacity to endure varying weather conditions in a warehouse setting for extended periods.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced manual labor environment is preferred.
  • Ability to read and write is required.
  • Candidates residing within a 30-minute driving distance are preferred.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
