Key Responsibilities:- Complete work area setup and ensure all necessary components are available.
- Fabricate and assemble component parts or finished products according to customer specifications.
- Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Stack completed products and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform pre-shift startup equipment inspection and report any issues.
- Maintain production records and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Participate in safety and quality programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic math.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
