">Job Summary:
">We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse II to join our team at Northern Light Home Care and Hospice. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to assigned patients and supervising other qualified staff members.
">Main Responsibilities:
">* Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment by understanding and complying with agency policies/procedures and national safety goals
">* Perform and document comprehensive and holistic assessments, interpreting and responding to abnormal diagnostic data
">* Develop relationships with patients/families, facilitating mutual involvement in the planning of care and treating patients with courtesy and respect
">* Demonstrate basic critical thinking skills, utilizing appropriate time management and meeting expectations for punctuality and attendance
">Requirements:
">* Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and agency required auto liability insurance
">* BLS for Healthcare Providers certification, obtained prior to independent visits
">* Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
">* 1 year/years of clinical experience
">Working Conditions:
">* Lifting, moving and loading 30 to 50 pounds
">* Alternate shift schedules (day, evening, nights, weekends)
">* Potential exposure to abusive and/or aggressive people
">* Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking
