Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) Manager to lead and grow a team of TPMs at Reality Labs (RL). As a TPM Manager, you will drive highly cross-functional projects that shape the way users interact with our devices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of TPMs to deliver technical programs and products from inception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with software engineers, interaction designers, release management, and quality assurance teams to integrate their efforts into a cohesive program.
  • Define how developers engage with Augmented Reality systems, both now and in the future.
  • Develop and execute long-term strategies for Reality Labs software organization.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in the software industry or in technical product/program management.
  • 5+ years of people management experience, leading teams to deliver technical programs or products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including relationship building and collaboration within a cross-functional team.

Compensation:

$195,000/year to $267,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
