Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage strong organizational and leadership skills to drive warehouse operations forward.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on inventory levels, shipping, and receiving.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and vendors to foster effective collaboration.
  • Analyze data to identify areas of improvement, implement changes, and measure results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize our logistics capabilities.
  • Engage employees through regular training and performance feedback, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Prioritize and complete tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist with special projects as needed, utilizing initiative and problem-solving skills to deliver high-quality results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse groups and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with software applications, such as ERP systems and spreadsheet tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
