Job Summary

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care and promoting healthy outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff to ensure seamless pharmacy operations
  • Support the management and oversight of all aspects within the pharmacy, including patient safety, regulatory requirements, and quality assurance
  • Develop and implement patient care programs to promote healthy outcomes and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify business opportunities and drive growth and improvement in the pharmacy
  • Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting
Requirements
  • Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment
  • Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
  • No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
