Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist II to join our team at ConnectPay LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and processing payroll across multiple states, maintaining meticulous attention to detail, and accurately completing tasks under deadline. Additionally, the Payroll Specialist II will update and maintain our CRM system, initiate ongoing client enrollment, education, and onboarding, and effectively handle in-bound calls in a timely and friendly manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and time management skills, be an articulate communicator in a variety of settings, and demonstrate an extraordinary attitude with client service orientation.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and process payroll across multiple states
Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accurately complete tasks under deadline
Update and maintain CRM system
Initiate ongoing client enrollment, education, and onboarding
Effectively handle in-bound calls in a timely and friendly manner
Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity while handling sensitive information
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Ability to work with web-based applications
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Articulate communicator in a variety of settings
Extraordinary attitude with client service orientation
Ability to prioritize information by analyzing critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions
Act with professionalism and urgency
Operate a 10-key with speed and accuracy
Knowledge of bookkeeping or payroll functions helpful
Payroll Certification (FPC or CPP) a plus
Associate's degree or equivalent
