Payroll Specialist

At Payroc, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Merchant Payroll Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients.

• Collect and process payroll data from clients, including time sheets and payroll information
• Enter payroll data into online portals and calculate wages, benefits, tax deductions, and commissions
• Process wage garnishments and compile payroll information for accuracy and verification
• Respond to client queries and provide timely and accurate information
• Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, scanning documents, and sending emails
• Complete documentation and maintain accurate records in our ECS ASAP system
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred
• Minimum of 1 year experience in payment processing or a related field
• Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
