About the Role

Summary: As a Food Court Operations Manager, you will assist in managing the everyday food service activities at a medium to large volume establishment. Your duties will include team management, talent development, maintaining client relationships, and achieving financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with the culinary team and management to ensure food quality and nutritional standards.Implement new culinary initiatives in collaboration with marketing and culinary teams.Foster strong relationships with clients.Supervise, train, and mentor team members.Perform any other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

1 to 3 years of experience in food service management.Experience in diverse food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, and corporate dining.Strong leadership, communication, financial, and business acumen.Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.Preferred: Associate's degree.
