Accu Data Workforce Solutions is a rapidly expanding provider of Human Capital Management services, currently looking for a Payroll Administrator for our location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee payroll processing and deliver exceptional service to clients.
  • Input data from time sheets, production records, or individual time cards into the payroll system.
  • Address and resolve client inquiries and payroll-related issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of payrolls for clients.
  • Maintain a high level of client retention through outstanding customer service.
  • Exhibit quality and precision in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, detail-oriented environment.
  • Investigate and resolve customer service or processing issues as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding departmental, employee, or client concerns.
  • Manage payroll runs, including balancing, producing tax payments, and troubleshooting client inquiries.
  • Understand and apply paid time off accrual policies.

Job Duties:

  • Respond to incoming customer inquiries via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with management to stay informed about new products, services, and policies.
  • Document customer information in the service database.
  • Engage with clients professionally while actively addressing their concerns.
  • Provide support and solutions to customers in line with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of iSolved software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Master Tax is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience is necessary.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • FPC or CPP certifications are preferred.
  • 3-5 years of payroll experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of common concepts, practices, and procedures in payroll processing is essential.
  • Team collaboration skills are a must.
