  • Oversee consultant onboarding process for a seamless transition
  • Manage consultant skills inventories to align with strategic goals

  • Facilitate efficient operations and support consultants effectively
  • Build strong relationships within the Animal Care Training Services team and with partners
  • Identify and implement process enhancements
  • Ensure regular updates and communication with stakeholders
  • Contribute to strategic planning initiatives

  • Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities

First 90 Days:

  • Organize client placement framework
  • Utilize strong interpersonal skills in various scenarios

  • Display effective communication in different contexts
  • Remain composed and persuasive in challenging conversations
  • Be open to occasional travel
  • Previous project management experience is beneficial
  • Familiarity with productivity tools and virtual team coordination is advantageous
  • Knowledge in life sciences, biomedical research, or biotechnology is a plus
