About the Role

As a Seasonal Retail Store Associate, you'll be an integral part of our retail team, working closely with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You'll be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service, ensuring a positive and engaging store environment, and contributing to the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
  • Contribute to the achievement of sales targets, working collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales and meet customer needs.
  • Ensure a clean and organized store environment, adhering to adidas standards and guidelines.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging store environment.

Requirements
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
  • Basic numeracy, literacy, and verbal communication skills required.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
