Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accounting Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as providing financial guidance to our clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in multifamily or commercial real estate
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS
  • Proficiency in financial software, including Yardi and Argus
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
