- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress, and provide regular reports to clients and their families.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments in speech therapy, and participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Education and Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field, and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or equivalent.
- Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Speech Therapist, with a strong background in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic services.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
