Cook Children's is seeking a highly motivated and organized RN Clinical Care Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to licensed and unlicensed clinical staff in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

About the Role

This position requires a strong background in pediatrics and leadership, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a pediatric setting and hold a current license to practice professional nursing (RN) in the State of Texas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to clinical staff
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with management and physicians to achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pediatric setting
  • Current license to practice professional nursing (RN) in the State of Texas
  • Current CPR certification
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience. Cook Children's offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
