About the RoleThis position is part-time, typically requiring around 20 hours of work each week, influenced by your location and business demands. During peak periods, you may be requested to extend your hours. Although primarily part-time, there may be prospects for full-time roles in the future.
As a Photographer with ShowingTime+ and our Listing Media Services, your responsibilities will include:
- Producing top-tier, professional still photography, listing videos, 3D or 360 virtual tours, drone imagery, and social media content for properties available for sale or rent.
- Employing advanced photographic techniques and equipment to highlight the distinctive features and appeal of each property, enabling sellers and agents to present their listings in the most favorable light.
- Engaging with clients on-site to comprehend their specific photographic requirements and expectations.
- Providing direction and support to clients and property owners during shoots to achieve optimal results and enhance the visual impact of the images.
- Utilizing state-of-the-art proprietary technology to craft engaging rich media experiences.
- Ensuring all photographs comply with brand standards and accurately represent properties.
- Maintaining and managing photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and accessories, to guarantee peak performance and reliability.
- Organizing and uploading captured media for post-processing, adhering to deadlines and availability guidelines.
- Staying informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate photography to continually refine your skills and techniques.
- Generating creative concepts and ideas for photography to effectively showcase the unique selling points of each property.
- Collaborating with team members such as Regional Managers, Market Leaders, and other photographers, as well as external partners like real estate agents and marketing professionals, to deliver cohesive visual assets for marketing initiatives.
- Adapting to future changes in media, products, services, capture, or processing.
- Representing ShowingTime+ in a professional manner.
- An experienced photographer with a knack for producing high-quality media, preferably in the real estate sector.
- A professional with excellent customer service and communication skills, engaging with clients daily.
- A detail-oriented individual capable of efficiently capturing properties while upholding the highest quality standards.
- A punctual professional who consistently meets deadlines and delivers captured media on time.
- An independent worker comfortable operating solo.
- Ability to learn ShowingTime+ processes and computer systems.
- Experience in capturing high-quality photography, ideally including exterior and interior real estate images, videos, 3D tours, and drone media.
- Strong understanding of photography fundamentals using DSLR/Mirrorless systems.
- Capability to obtain and maintain an FAA Part 107 drone license and operate a drone safely in compliance with FAA regulations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel longer distances, covering a wide area.
- Reliable internet upload speeds for daily uploads.
- A professional full-frame or crop sensor DSLR/mirrorless camera capable of shooting 5 bracket, Auto Exposure Bracketing (AEB).
- A wide-angle lens.
- A tripod and adjustable tripod head.
