Job Title: Training and Development Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled Training and Development Manager to join our Plastics Health, Safety, and Environment team. This is a pivotal role that will play a key part in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives to enhance the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning opportunities and employee development needs.
  • Design and develop comprehensive training programs, workshops, and learning resources tailored to meet the needs of different employee groups.
  • Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  • Create clear communication channels with all departments to ensure training courses are updated regularly.
  • Facilitate training sessions and identify gaps in training knowledge.
  • Manage the company's Learning Management System, including content uploading, user management, and reporting.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on using the Learning Management Systems effectively.
  • Track different required trainings and evaluations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements to evaluation methods.
  • Deliver non-technical training to employees and perform related administrative responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience working with training programs.
  • Familiarity with LMS and e-Learning platforms.
  • Proficiency with Internet, Email, and Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to both large and small groups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to problem-solve and lead by example.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:

Brightmark offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $120,000, depending on experience. We're a dynamic and innovative company that values our employees' growth and development.
